Releasing my 3rd podcast project

I’m very excited to share that today, 19 November 2025, marks the launch of my 3rd podcast project: the WAVE podcast

WAVE, is a (Dutch spoken) podcast series for and about the WAVE project. WAVE is a collaboration between Fontys University of Applied Sciences, Career Jumpstart and ASML, where pupils, students, lecturers and professionals from the field come together to work on inclusive learning and work environments for neurodivergent talent.

Neurodivergent young people face greater challenges in finding internships and first jobs. Their knowledge and skills also remain underutilized more often, leading to a double waste of talent: for the young people themselves, who cannot fully realize their potential, and for society as a whole, which misses out on valuable perspectives, creativity and innovation.

WAVE is a 4-year project with the ambition to create a national movement that creates learning tools to bring about more awareness and equal opportunities for neurodivergent talent.

In the WAVE podcast, I engage in conversation with the strong and passionate people who form this movement. We discuss the challenges they’re taking on, the process, and the possible solutions and answers they're considering.

The goal with this podcast is not only to take the listener along in the process, but also to make them a part of the conversation and work towards an ever broadening of the movement. The introductory episode is online now and more episodes will follow in 2026.

I’m honored and very excited that I get to be a part of this project and am trusted with the responsibility of sharing their voices with the world. Can’t wait to start work on the upcoming episodes in the beginning of next year.
